Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fresh cheese tortellini (cooked)
- 1 pkg. baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce (tear in pieces)
- 1/2 head of purple cabbage (sliced)
- 3 green eating onions (sliced)
- 8 pieces of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 pkg cherry tomatoes, (cut in half)
- 8 oz. light ranch dressing.
Preparation
Step 1
Layer spinach, lettuce, cabbage, onions, tortellini, and tomatoes. Top with bacon. Just before serving pour the dressing over the top and mix.
