- 3 pound Salmon Fillet
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Shake
- 2 tablespoons Traeger Salmon Shake
Preparation
Step 1
Brush salmon with all ingredients. Smoke salmon for 3 hours.
