Ingredients

  • 8 ears of corn, grated
  • 3 sliced of bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh basil leave for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

In bacon pan, add onion andcook until soft, 8 minutes. add corn and juices and cook, 5 minutes. Slowly stir in milk and cook until thick and creamy, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Crumble bacon over corn mixture and top with basil.
