Ingredients
- 8 ears of corn, grated
- 3 sliced of bacon, cooked until crisp
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
- fresh basil leave for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
In bacon pan, add onion andcook until soft, 8 minutes. add corn and juices and cook, 5 minutes. Slowly stir in milk and cook until thick and creamy, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Crumble bacon over corn mixture and top with basil.
