Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, sliced in strips
- 1/2 c beef broth
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 2 T butter
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/8 t fresh ground pepper
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in skillet. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Uncover, and cook another 5-6 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar and cook until carrots glaze.
