BASIC SPICE RUB FOR PORK CHOPS

Makes 1/4 cup, enough for 4 chops

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 teaspoons brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in small bowl.

Rub on pork chops prior to cooking.
