Ingredients
- 1 Lb Sirloin Steak, Cut in Strips
- 1/4 C Butter
- 3 C Broccoli
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 3/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic, Chopped
- 4 C White Rice, Cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Make a marinade of all ingredients except butter, broccoli, and onions; add sirloin to marinade. Melt butter; add onions and broccoli. Cook over medium heat for 5 - 6 minutes. Add steak to cooked vegetables cooking for an additional 6 - 8 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
