Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese; softened
- 6 stips of bacon; fried and crumbled; reserve fat.
- 1 small onion; finely chopped
- 20-25 large mushrooms; stems removed
- 8 mushroom stems; finely chopped
- 1 tsp. mince garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Saut. onion mushrooms stems in bacon fat until tender. Drain off excess fat.
Mix crumbled bacon, onion, garlic, and stems with softened cream cheese intil mixture is workable.
Add seasoning of your choice.
Stuff each mushroom.
Place stuffed mushrooms into a baking pan.
Bake for 10-20 min and then under broiler low for 2 mins or until golden brown.
