Ingredients
- 1 15 1/4 oz can crushed pineapple (juice pack)
- 2 8oz cartons lemon yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 4 to 6 ice cubes (about 1 cup)
- 1 T. sugar
- Fresh mint (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Place the undrained crushed pinapple, the yogurt, and milk in a blender container. Cover and blend till smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, blending after each addition till chopped. Blend in sugar. POur into glasses and chill while preparing remainder of meal. To serve, garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
