Ingredients
- 3 packed cups of kale
- 1/4 c. basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 c Greek yogurt
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c minced scallions
- 1-1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
Preparation
Step 1
Chop kale and basil. With processor running, drop garlic in and add yogurt, Parmesan, scallions and salt. Process 1 minute or until smooth. Transfer to bowl. Stir in kale and basil and season with salt and pepper. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
