Ingredients
- Asparagus
- Chicken
- 2 cans cream of mushroom
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook asparagus until tender, drain. Put in the bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Put chicken on top - salt and pepper. Mix soup, mayo, lemon and curry. Pour over chicken & asparagus. Sprinkle with 1 c grated cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 300 for 2 hours.
