Ingredients
- 4 Medium sweet potatoes peeled and cut
- 1/3 C Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400
Wisk balsamic and butter
Toss in large bowl with sweet potatoes
Sprinkle with salt, arrange on baking pan and roast for 45 min or until glaze is carmelized
