Ingredients
- 1 cup Diced Tomatos
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1 lb Shrimp, medium, pre-cooked, deveined
- 2 Green Onions
- 2 tbs Parsley
- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
- Red Wine Vinegrette
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta in boiling water. Let cool.
2. Prepare and mix balance of ingredients. Move to plastic container. Add pasta. Mix well.
3. Add dressing to taste.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
