Croissant Sausage Casserole

• 2 croissant packages
• 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean Sausage
• 5 eggs
• 2 potatoes
• 1/2 pepper
• 1/2 onion
• 1 C. shredded cheese

Cook sausage, eggs, peppers, onions, and potatoes in a skillet. Take an 9x8 baking pan and lay out the croissants even on the sides. Add half of the sausage and egg mixture. Add 1/2 C. of the cheese, put on the rest of the mixture and add the rest of the cheese. Bake at croissant temperature and time.
