Pineapple Bread Pudding

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8.5 oz can crushed pineapple, drained thoroughly
  • 5 slices bread, torn into pieces
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together sugar and butter, then add eggs 1 or 2 at a time. Add pineapple, fold in bread.

Pour batter into 2qt casserole, place casserole in pan of water. bake the whole shebag at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
