Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 (2x1in) piece of lemon or orange peel
- 2 pork tenderloins, 1lb each
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
Cut each garlic clove into 6 slices. Cut lemon peel crosswise into 12 thin strips. Cut 6 small slits in each tenderloin; place a garlic piece and lemon strip in each slit. Combine salt, ginger and pepper; rub half over each tenderloin.
Place tenderloins in foil lined pan; brush each with 1/2 Tbs soy sauce.
Bake 25-30min or until tenderloins reach 160.
