Ingredients
- 2 med. cucumbers
- 1 onion
- 1/3 C. cider vinegar
- 1/3 C. water
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions
Thinly slice cucumbers and onion. Place vegetables in a medium-size storage container. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate (stirring occasionally) for at least three hours.
