Ingredients

  • medium cucumber, raw, peeled
  • 1/2 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 packet Splenda Sweetner
  • 1 tsp Natural Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt*
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper*

Preparation

Step 1


1. Peel and slice the cucumber
2. Put the sliced cucumber in a Tupperware container, or any container with a lid
3. Add all the ingredients to make the dressing & mix
4. Let the salad marinate, covered in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes & enjoy!

*Note--All the ingredients for the salad are adjustable to taste. Feel free to add more or less of any ingredient to please your palate!
