Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 TBSP sugar
- 2 TBSP coarse-grained mustard
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 cup canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together first 7 ingredients. Gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly til smooth. Cover and chill 30 minutes or til ready to serve.
