- 2 Tbl freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 green olives, pitted and quartered
- 1 Tbl olive oil
- 1 Tbl chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbl chopped capers
- 1 Tbl water
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together lemon juice, olives, olive oil, water, parsley, and capers. Serve on top of chicken cutlets.
