Pumpkin Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 16 oz solid pack pumpkin
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350. Greased 13*9 baking dish.

Combine milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin, spice and salt in large. Pour into pan sprinkle with dry cake mix over top of pumpkin mixture. Top with chopped pecans and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely serve with whipped topping.
