Ingredients
- Pork Shoulder Blade Steak Up or Center Cut Pork Chops
- Saltine Crackers
- Lawrys Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crackers with Lawrys salt. Beat eggs with vanilla. Dip each pork chop into egg mixture and then into cracker crumbs. Deep fry in skillet until brown. Cook slowly.
