Ingredients
- Garnish:
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 2 Pkg. (3.4 oz. each) Instant Vanilla Pie Filling
- 1 1/2 Cups Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 Large Banana
- 1/2 Cup Cool Whip, thawed
- 1/4 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese, softened, with creamy peanut butter in a large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat 1 1/2 cups milk into the cream cheese mixture. Add 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding; beat 1 minute. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip. Slice 1 large banana; place in crust; cover with filling. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip in center of pie and sprinkle with 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts just before serving.
