Tilapia and Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or other nuts
  • Asparagus spears cooked
  • Honey

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread each fillet with 1 Tb of mustard, then, dip in egg. Roll in nuts. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily. When done, place fillets over the asparagus. Drizzle each fillet lightly with honey.
