Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 boxes red jello
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water and sugar. Add 1lb cranberries. Cook until all have popped and cooked through. Remove from heat. Stir in jello, pineapple, celery, and nuts. Pour into dish and refrigerate until chilled.
