Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Goes well with recipe for Blue Cheese Butter Ribeyes

Ingredients

• 1 container (24oz) homestyle mashed potatoes
• 2 T sour cream
• 1 T prepared horseradish'
• 1 t worchestire sauce
• salt
• black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1) Place mashed potatoes in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high setting for 3 minutes. Stire in sour cream, horseradish and worchestire sauce.

2) Microwave for 3 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
