Carrots with Shallots

Ingredients

  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 lbs. carrots cut
  • 4 T. butter
  • 4 large green onions
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 T. Dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrots until tender.
melt butter in skillet,add onions and cook until brown.Stir in honey and mustard and salt.
Add Carrots and cook until heated together.
