    lbs. carrots cut

    T. butter

  • 4

    large green onions

  • 1/4

    cup honey

  • 2

    T. Dijon mustard

Directions

Cook carrots until tender. melt butter in skillet,add onions and cook until brown.Stir in honey and mustard and salt. Add Carrots and cook until heated together.
