Ingredients
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 large orange, juiced
- 6 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk well. Marinade using 3/4 of the available liquid. Reserve the remaining marinade to pour over the meat after it has been carved.
