The next time you roast a turkey, insert small pieces of unsoaked dried Italian boletes (porcini) under the skin of the breast of the turkey.
You may also want to add a small handful of soaked porcini to a simple bread stuffing; use the soaking liquid to moisten the stuffing. The strong flavor of the porcini will penetrate throughout the meat.
