Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 lb large shrimp (21/25 count)
  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp ancho chile powder
  • 1.5 tsp gound cumin
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and devein shrimp. coat cold grill with cooking spray. preheat grill to 350 to 400 degrees. Medium high heat. toss shrimp in hot sauce then the rest of ingredients. thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or just until shrimp turn pink.
