Ingredients
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 2 1/4 all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup pumpkin purre
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 10 ounce white chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. preheat oven to 300
2. toast pecans until soft.
3. in bowl combine dry ingredients.
4. In lg bowl combine brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in pumpkin puree, vanilla, and eggs. stir in chocolate and pecans.
5. drop cookies in pan and bake 20-25 minutes
