- 2 cups rhubarb
- 2 Tb flour
- 1 egg,beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Crumb topping
- 3/4 c flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c brown sugar

Step 1
Mis top ingredients and put n unbaked pieshell.
Mia topping til crumbly with a fork and our over rhubarb moisture. Bke 15 min at 425 and then 350 for 30 min....enjoy!
