Ingredients

• 2 cups rhubarb
• 2 Tb flour
• 1 egg,beaten
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Crumb topping
• 3/4 c flour
• 1/2 c butter
• 1/2 c brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mis top ingredients and put n unbaked pieshell.
Mia topping til crumbly with a fork and our over rhubarb moisture. Bke 15 min at 425 and then 350 for 30 min....enjoy!
