Olive Oil for Dipping Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz bottle EVOO
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic
  • 3 - 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 dried red pepper, chopped small

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients to olive oil, and let sit for several days. When flavors have blended, serve atop warm Italian bread or pasta.
