Olive Oil Baked Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. 16/20 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 T. chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 T. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 T. red pepper flakes
  • 3 T. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into an oven safe saute pan, and bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve with crusty bread or pour over pasta.

(Can use crabmeat or steam clams in heated sauce).
