Ingredients
- 8 oz. (uncooked) spiral pasta
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. olive oil1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
- 2 oz. fresh mozzarella, diced
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add vinegar, oil, and oregano; toss to coat.
2. Fold in tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella; season to taste with salt and pepper.
