Ingredients
- 2 16-oz. pkgs cocktail sausages
- 1 12-oz. jar pineapple preserves
- 1/2 t. shredded lime peel
- 1 T. lime juice
- 1 t. Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1 t. ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Few dashes hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
