  • 2 16-oz. pkgs cocktail sausages
  • 1 12-oz. jar pineapple preserves
  • 1/2 t. shredded lime peel
  • 1 T. lime juice
  • 1 t. Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1 t. ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Few dashes hot pepper sauce

In a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
