Ingredients
- 3 Tbl Olive Oil
- 1 cup finely chopped Onion
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 1 - 14oz can of chicken broth
- 2 Tbl tomato paste
- 1 - 15oz can of cannellini beans
- 4 bone in pork chops
Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 tbl oil
Add onion, rosemary, bell pepper season with salt and pepper.
Cook 6-8min
Mix together paste and broth
Pour into skillet and simmer 10-15 min
Meanwhile season pork.
Heat 2 tbl oil
Fry pork chops till done
Serve on top of beans
