Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 9 1/4 oz can of tuna (drained)
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles then drain and set aside. In sauce pan onion in butter till brown. Stir in flour and soup. Gradually add milk. Cook until bubbly and thick. Carefully stir in tuna then add noodle and mix. Put into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min.
