ARTICHOKE STEAMED WITH SAUCE

  • Fresh Artichoke

Preparation

Step 1

Wash, cut stem, remove bottom row of leaves. Cut tips off all rows of leaves.

Place in steamer basket, steam 40-50 minutes, until tender. Test with a fork.

Serve warm with a sauce: melted butter, lemon butter, herb caper mayonnaise, etc.
