Ingredients
- 1 2lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 8oz carton of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter or oleo
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Grease 9X13 pan
Pour 1 2lb bag frozen has brown potatoes
Blend together:
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
In small pan melt:
2 tablespoons of butter or oleo
Saute 2 tablespoons of minced onion
Stir mixture in the soup mixture, mix together well, pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with the grated Cheddar Cheese and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. If in a hurry bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown on top.
