Garden Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • Salad
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) uncooked rotini pasta
  • 1 and 1/2 cups small broccoli flowerettes
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1 small thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup (1oz.) grated light Parmesan cheese
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar Salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 pressed garlic cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse pasta, drain and cool. Place cooked pasta in a large bowl with remaining salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until smooth and slightly thickened. Pour over salad and toss lightly to combine. Cover and chill before serving. Serve salad using tongs.
