Ingredients
- 10 ounce(s) spinach, frozen
- 1 artichoke hearts
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. oil, olive, extra virgin
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 cup(s) cheese, ricotta, part-skim
- 1/2 cup(s) cheese, Asiago
- 1/4 tsp. pepper, red, crushed
- nutmeg, ground
Preparation
Step 1
in a food processor, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, oil and garlic powder.
Pulse until finely chopped.
Add the ricotta, salt, hot pepper flakes and nutmeg.
Pulse until smooth.
Add Asiago and pulse just until combined.
Makes 20 servings of about 2 Tbs. each.
Makes a total of 2 2/3 cups of Dip
