Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cups fried onions
• 1 lb chicken breasts
• 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Crush fried onions in plastic bag.
Dip chicken into egg and then coat in inion crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes in 400 degree oven unil cooked thru.
