Ingredients
- 5 cups raw rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 small package raspberry jello
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 box white cake mix
Preparation
Step 1
Butter a 9x13 pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fill the pan with cut rhubarb. Sprinkle with sugar, jello and marshmallows.
Mix the cake according to box directions. Pour the batter over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake approximately 35 minutes until the cake tests done.
