Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and then grease some muffin cups.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Then, place in a small bowl your vegetable oil, sugar, egg and milk. Next, combine both and mix well. Once this has been mixed well, fold in the blueberries. Carefully, fill the muffin cups to the top and bake for about 20-25 minutes until done. Muffins are done when you prick the top of them and the inside comes out dry. Blueberry breakfast muffins are tasty and easy to make!
