Ingredients
- 10 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup fresh basil or Italian parsley
- 6 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T snipped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
- 1/4 tsp crushed dried red pepper flakes
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor or electric blender and process until minced. With the machine running, slowly pour oil through food tube into the sauce, forming a slightly thick mixture. Make 1 1/2 cups sauce, enough for 1 lb pasta, cooked and drained well.
