Ingredients
- 1 (15.25-oz) can niblet corn, drained
- 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, green onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Cover, and chill.
