Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, washed with ends removed
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 Tbl. fresh dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 5 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 Tbl. toasted almond slivers
Preparation
Step 1
Using a mandoline, slice zucchini lengthwise into thin strips
Place in a bowl and coat with salt. Add remaining ingredients, excpet almonds.
Mix thoroughly and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Add almonds. Toss and serve.
